Roseberry Place is a mixed-use regeneration scheme, which occupies a prominent location in Bath's Enterprise Zone at the highly accessible junction of Lower Bristol Road and Windsor Bridge.

The scheme, which includes 175 apartments and up to 60,000 sq ft of category-A office accommodation, is currently on-site with the residential element being constructed first. The office accommodation is now being marketed for either pre-let or sale with floor plans starting at nearly 12,000 sq ft.
