The Premier Inn, Sutton is a 140-bed hotel and Bar & Block restaurant. It is a single storey reinforced concrete podium structure supporting five storeys of lightweight metal framed superstructure. It was necessary to introduce a new permanent structure on one boundary before demolition of the existing building on the site.
