A 5 floor block of apartments built for Linden Homes working off the main contractors ground slab.

The 'significant' scheme includes 56 flats to rent at an affordable level - two of which are adapted for wheelchairs - and 14 part-rent, part-buy flats. There are also 46 car parking spaces.

The project was constructed in the middle of an old MOT centre in the centre of Portsmouth. Atkin Trade Specialists took 12 weeks from commencing on site to achieving practical completion for the works.
