Apartments

Situated on the main high street the development consists of 2 blocks of affordable housing for the local community.

Block 1 is a 5 floor block of apartments starting off a podium slab. Block 2 is a 4 floor block from ground floor slab with retail below.

The exterior of both block were clad in a mixture of masonry and brick screen cladding. This was the first project with a local construction form who we have since secured 6 additional contracts with.
